FITNESS CLASSES AT VJ STUDIO

VJ Studio offers full-body workout classes in private groups as well as personal training for one-on-one training. We can cater for work events, bachelorettes or even just groups of friends wanting to try something new.

OUR GROUP CLASSES

If you enjoy a bit of team encouragement when you work out – our private group fitness classes are a great way to immerse yourself in group training, feeding off the supportive vibes from your fellow participants and sharing the wins as you smash your goals.

* Classes are a maximum of six and you can pick your time slot!

* Classes can be booked with a personal trainer – dependent on available hours.

FITNESS THROUGH DANCE (ASAO FITNESS)

Using your own body weight, we focus on building your strength through resistance training over time and duress, going at your pace to suit your level. This leads to an overall improvement in your strength, leaner and toned muscles as well as the addictive high you get when smashing an ASAO group class. Our ASAO participants leave with a sense of accomplishment, power and a reignited love for fitness.

BARRE CLASSES

Inspired by the beautiful and disciplined moves of ballet, BootyBarre classes focus on improving strength, flexibility, stamina and overall toning of your body – particularly of your glutes and thighs. This class is very popular for its head-turning results and lets you unleash your inner dancer while getting fit and healthy.

CHAKRA YOGA

Chakra Yoga is the practice of creating a harmonious meeting of the spiritual and physical body as well as the energy all around us. Participating in Chakra Yoga is a peaceful, enlightening experience that can settle a busy mind and allow you to gain strength, flexibility, stamina and a healthy connection between the mind and the body.
